This is what I have done today! Made pumpkin cinnamon rolls, cornbread, 2 dozen biscuits, gallon of hot cocoa mix, brownie mix, six meatloaves for the freezer, and enchilada casserole in the crockpot for supper. Boy am I tired, but it's nice to see my freezer with meals in it, cinnamon rolls for breakfast and supper ready for tonight!

Teresa--I found the recipe at King Arthur Flour website. Just look under recipes and it is listed under Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls. Hope you like them. They are nice and pumpkiny!

I am loving the fact that you are stocking your freezer. This is a goal of mine to start stocking! I would love your crockpot enchilada recipe, though. Would you be willing to share? Thanks!

If you are in Nebreaska, chances are you already have snow on the ground, so good for you keeping busy in the kitchen! Yum Yum.

Visited your blog - love your rag rug, quilts, and your home! So cozy.
