A while back I saw a video that explained how Mary Jane involved people in her community with creating her products. Or perhaps I should say producing her products.

Does anyone know how I can get more details beyond this video?

I'm cultivating a business idea and I think this is an incredible way of tithing. (did I spell that right?)
