I had to try out my new binoculars so I went to this site on the bluffs that had a great view. I was just standing there, staring through them across the river, when suddenly seven or eight "dancing" birds filled my view. I guess they were hummingbirds because they were tiny. I put the binoculars down and they flew off into the woods, making a twittering sound. It was almost surreal. I didn't know that hummingbirds were still in this area, but I talked to someone else who said she's seen them at this time of year. anyone else ever seen "dancing" birds? Cindy
