My teeth have always been a little off. The dentist waffled back and forth all the time when i was kid so i never got them. After a couple of root canals a few years ago they have started shifting again. So I'm hoping in a couple years I can get some. How long did you have them on?

Aw shucks...Thanks ladies...I am blushing...and I just love that stinker in the pic with me!! LOL I need to take a straight on pic!!!
I had them on 2 years and 9 loooong months...but it is so worth it...my 3 front teeth used to practically be on top of each other and shifted over to the left. I still have spaces but it is SO much better...I couldn't even close my lips together before and my nose was pulled off to the side. I also had a LOT of dental issues and pain..with the possiblity of losing my teeth later on life...I had to do something so I made the investment. I still have a broken tooth in front to contend with, but I am going to give it a year for my teeth to settle in and then see what I can do. I am so excited...we went and got Chinese food and I darn near ate everything I could bite into with my teeth..then I had some gum!!! LOL I will never deny Charlie braces if he needs them. I had so many problems growing up without them. And..now I can wear LIPSTICK!!! YEAH!!! Never never ever have before...YEE HAW!!!!

I wanted braces I even worked for a dentist for a few years but I couldn't get them I was told my teeth were to soft. After the front tooth cracked I found a different dentist and ended up with cappes on my two front teeth. Mine were also crossed and I hated it, when I got the 2 caps and had straight looking teeth you couldn't pull a smile off my face for 2 years. You look beautiful, and Charlie is a real cutie for sure. Enjoy them I know just how great you feel and it's a wonderful feeling.
Hope all your days are Sunnydays. dianebcarterhotmailcom.blogspot.com |

Heather,
It is so nice to see you! You are one beautiful gal and that Charlie, oh my what a cutie-pie! Isn't it exciting getting braces and them finally coming off? Growing up I wanted braces desperately but our family couldn't afford them. As soon as I got a job at 16 I got my braces and paid for them myself. I am so thankful I did. Make sure to wear a retainer if you have one. :) Thanks for sharing your picture with us :)

Thanks..my orthodontist is giving me temporary Invisalign braces to hold them in place while my permanent retainer is made. I am SO excited...I kept asking Scott last night in bed, in the dark, if he could see the moon reflecting off my teeth!!! Dork!!! LOL
