I made this last year and it was AWESOME! It's Pioneer Woman's Caramel Pumpkin Gingersnap Cheesecake :)

Yep, sure do...
Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. melted butter
Filling
3 8oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
whipped cream
In a small bowl mix crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter. Press onto bottom & up 2" on the sides of a greased 9" springform pan. Bake 350 for 5 mins. Cool
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, pumpkin and spices. Beat just until combined. Pour into crust. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cool for 10 mins.
Run knife around egde of pan to loosen, cool 1 hour longer. Refrig. until totally cool. Remove sides of pan just before serving & garnish with whipped cream.
