I have listed my homestead & 17 acres.
House is single story 1584 sq.ft older home with many updates.
Vinyl siding,shingled roof. 4 bdrms, 1 walk in closet, 2 baths, 1 full with a separate shower & a jacuzzi tub, his & hers pedestal sinks, 2nd bath is a newly tiled bathroom with shower/no tub. Kitchen has custom pine cupboards with glass fronts, a walk in pantry, a spice cupboard, potato & onion bin, 3-50 gal water heaters, ceiling fans, gas heat, and an above ground pool. Some sheds outside; 2 with electric 1 with cement floor 1 with wood, though they are not lg machinery size and a chicken coop, they all could use more tlc but so could I.
