Hey Maggie, I am not too far away, about an hour I think.

For tomorrow and its needs I do not pray, but keep me, guide me, love me, Lord just for today.

My town is the gem capitol of the world! We shun the "tourist digs" and take off on our own to find garnets. It is quite the Jeep ride up the mountain that we enjoy thoroughly!! Howdy from Franklin, NC

Make my words soft and tender, for I may have to eat them. :)

Western Pennsylvania, tucked in the valley... on the outside of an old mining town called Tide. Purchased about 80 acres of neglected coal and bony ridden ground that we've made into our own little paradise. A mile of creek frontage and lots of woods and a reclaimed bony pile. It's the life for us.

I live in a very small town in Eastern KY, between Richmond and Lancaster, called Paint Lick.

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.

Returned to hubby's hometown nearly a year ago: Princeton, Indiana near Evansville after living nearly two years in Fuquay-Varina, NC (loved it there but we're back in the country now).

Skagit County, Washington. Just moved from a half acre where the landlord said I could have chickens but no garden (what?!) to 3 1/2 acres where the landlords are farmers and said I could dig up how ever many and as big gardens as I want. Wooohoo!!!!

I woke up on January 1st and it was 2009.
And it's been that way ever since!

I live in Averill Park, NY - foothills of the Adirondacks, east of the Berkshires & Green Mountains, west of the Heldebergs, and north of the Catskills! Want to relocate to the hills of eastern TN or KY. Would love some feedback! :)
