I was just reading an email from one of my favorite recipe sites and then saw your post. I laughed because I've actually made the Fannie Farmers Mac and Cheese before. So I am sending you "The 25 Top Favorite Freezer Friendly" recipes.

Hi, Melanie!
I enjoy filling my freezer with meals, sides, & desserts in addition to baked & garden goodies!

An excellent resource is the 30 Day Gourmet Manual/Cookbook. It can be ordered here:
http://www.30daygourmet.com/store/default.aspx?Affiliate=79
There are also instant e-book downloads, etc, and if you purchase the manual you get member's access to additional recipes on the website free!

To be upfront, I am a consultant for 30 Day Gourmet, which means that I earn a smidgen when anyone purchases directly through the above link. I don't do it for the money, though...our family has found this way of cooking/meal planning to be a lifesaver, so I LOVE sharing the concept with others! I have taught this at local vocational schools, etc. and enjoy hearing how it has helped others, too!

So, in short...(after that lengthy blahblahblah ha! ) I'm not trying to sell you anything, just sharing what has worked for me...feel free to email me with any questions!
