Thanks Marian, wish I could take credit for it, but, nope, it's from someone else's gifted hands. At least I get to see it and be inspired by it's wonder!

Oh, Lisa, it's not mine. It will go to the eldest of my DH's sisters. We're just processing a bunch of heirlooms and mementos; part of his dad's estate that had to be cleared out a storage facility, (which is all in my living room right now...) so, (thankfully) with our trip to S-I-L's house for Thanksgiving, it will be passed to it's rightful heir. The skirt was feared lost so it was a joyful "find" when it turned up. Anyway, it's a beauty and I'm glad I had a chance to see what all the fuss was about, it's a wonder for sure.

I was inspired by a crafter at the mall to knit some quick scarves for all my nieces for Christmas. There is such fun yarn available and you can make two skinny scarves from one ball of specialty yarn when mixed with a plain ol' cheapie acrylic yarn and they look fantastic!! I am thankful for my ability to knit and save sooooo much money.
keep searchin'-it's out there somewhere. |

Just finished quilt for granddaughter #2 for Christmas. It came out wonderful and now she won't be "borrowing" her sister's.

Right now I am working on a scarf/blanket for a lady and working on making 75 dish rags. How about you? Hugs, Channah

I am working on crocheting a baby sweater, but I don't like how its coming out, so I might just have to scrap it and make it into a baby blanket instead. I wonder if I'm ever going to get the hang of this baby sweater business..lol hugs, Jessie

I am starting to work on stuffed baby toys. How would you wash to fabric first to get all the chemicals out? |
