My husband bought me MAstering the Art of French Cooking. Go to my blog to check out what I made! It is Beautiful and quite likely the BEST non-chocolate dessert I have ever consumed!

That looks amazing. My husbands pate grandmother used to run one of the largest catering companies in Colorado. She also studies at the same school as Julia Child. She was an amazing cook. I wished I could have worked with her, but she passed away ages ago. Her recipes live on...

So...how was the tart? (drool)
