My job recently transferred to a new office about 125 miles away and we have made the tough decision to move. Our house has been on the market, and we are not sure it will sell before fall, so we are offering it for rent to someone who would take good care of it. It's 20 acres, very nice barn, big shop, partially fenced, very peaceful and serene, good neighbors.
rental price around $900/mo, It's hard to leave our home but we are sure the right someone will come along and take care of it, and we can start our new adventure |

If I had the means, I'd by it in a heartbeat. Exactly what hubby and I have talked about for years. We're in Western WA now and have dreamed of making the move. Hope you find someone soon.  |

It is beautiful! My husband works for the state of California, so we can't move to WA, but if we could, we'd grab it in a heartbeat!
