I cant wait till the end of March. I start volunteering/apprentice at my local organic herbal farm. I was doing last year until hubby became very ill. Cant wait, its the best way to learn for me. I can take her classes free for working on the farm. Love getting those hands dirty.

yes, hes ok right now. Thanks for asking. He has an auto-immune desease. It's up & down but thank God, hes doing good right now. We are learning to live with it.

I'm so excited for you! It sounds like a great opportunity. I'm going to start an internship at an organic farm in a week or so and I can't wait to get my hands in the dirt either! I'm glad to hear that your husband is doing well. Keep us posted on how it goes!

Michele - have you started working/learning at the farm yet? It just sounded like such a great opportunity - I'm sure we'd all like to hear how it goes!

XOXO, Libbie
