I have been sprouting seeds since MJ book. Never did it before & I love it & do it daily. A friend from work thinks it's crazy & said they cant be any better then the supermarkets. Well, thats all I needed. I put them in everything from soup, sandwiches, salads, rubs, etc. I brought her in a container of veggie soup, loaded w/ sprouts. She loved it. As she was picking up her spoon she asked what all those "little veggies" were. Now she loves sprouts & is sprouting herself. This is a city girl w/ perfect long polished fingernails who has no interest in anything that has to do w/ getting her hands dirty or anything "farmy" as she calls it. I think thats pretty neat!

What a great way to "share the love" of farming and gardening! Great idea!!! I love sprouts, too, and so does my little guy (2-yr old)...
