Okay, I admit I've gone a little yoyo crazy. Just sittin there makin yoyo after yoyo. When I finally counted I had 90. So I'll get the swap mailed out and then I think I might make Freaky Franky. It's an Indygo Junction pattern . Frankenstein and his arms and legs are yoyos.

I received 2 fun envelopes of yo yos today from Shannon and Lucy. Thanks so much. They are so cute. It is so much fun to find something besides junk mail or bills in my mail each day lately.

I was away for a few days. We just got back from Steam Town.

I've been away for awhile! August & September became very crazy/hectic for us. My Mom has Parkinsons and none of the medications tried have had any affect on the symptons but they have a profound affect on her mind so she would rather deal with the Parkinsons than what the drugs do to her and because she really can't safely live by herself any longer my sister and I have had to move her into a retirement facility and she has had quite a time adjusting to the change. (Us also; very sad to have to move her but I also know it was very necessary.) It really is a lovely place, she has a one bedroom apartment with a great view but you know change is difficult for any of us and at 83 it's especially hard, plus my hubby and I are building a house which is also stressfull and my DH said that it was time for both of us to take a little vacation from everything so we just got back from a week on Vancouver Island, BC. I took my yo yo project with me and while we were on the road from home to the ferry in Port Angeles, WA I worked on yo yo's so I just have a few left to finish up and will get them in the mail to y'all ASAP. I am waiting for the mail to arrive with my weeks + of mail but before we left I did receive an envelope of sweet yo yo's from Kathy. I have a feeling that todays mail delivery will have more. I'll post again then.

The mail came; it's always kind of fun when it arrives after having them hold delivery for a week and today was sweeeeet because I received yo yo's from Linda, Lucy, Michelle, Kristin, Merry and Shannon. Thank you all so much, they are so very darling! My DH keeps asking me what in the world I will make with all of them and I think I will make a purse.
