Diana, your yarn is so beautiful. Especially the middle one. I looked at your etsy shop. Very nice!!!!!! I will keep you in mind. I just know how to knit mittens. I made mittens out of some Angora cream yarn for ornaments for each of my grandchildren. I set them into some red berry garland and lights. They were so precious. Want to learn to do socks some day. I will come over and look at your blog some more. I love your animals! They are so beautiful.

Thanks so much Linda! The middle one is my favorite also. The mitten ornaments sound adorable! Believe it or not, I am not a great knitter, so I admire your skill at making mittens...All I've mastered is hats and scarves :)

Your yarns are lovely. I am a beginner spinner and I wish I could make yarn as you do. Your colors are so vibrant and I love them! We have 2 alpacas which are great animals as well.

Okay, I found it. Do you want me to email it to you. I can do that real easy if you want. I could put it on here, but it would take up to much space, maybe???? I am not family what you do here on the posts. Let me know what you want me to do. Do we give out our emails here?

Thanks so much Claudia! I used to live in both Indiana and Camp Hill PA...I loved it soooo much. The economy was real bad back then (in the 80's) so we had to move. Take care! Di

Diana, the yarn is lovely! My favorite one is the top one!

Angela, Have fun spinning and just keep practicing! I started spinning a year ago and I just started spinning art yarn!

Linda, Welcome to farmgirl connection! Check out drop spindles! They are good to start with because they are inexpensive and easy to use!

Sherrie, I just got my first drop spindle in the mail yesterday ( I know I'm a little backwards :)) and started learning to use it. It's the "same but different" and I'm having a heck of a time! I guess I thought I'd be off and spinning in no time...silly me! I'm laid up for a few days, so that's my new project. I sure do admire you drop spindlers!

Diana, I must have been tired too when I left a comment! I meant to say that I just started spinning art yarn! I have some pics on my blog and on etsy. I am sure you will get the hang of using a drop spindle! That is what I started on before I got my wheel. The spindles are nice to spin thinner yarns and I have a favorite home made one that I use to spin silk thread.

Hi Diana, I just love the scarf you made me. The colors are just beautiful!! Thank you soooooooooo much!! Can't wait to see the blue one. My husband is wanting one more manly in black now. He likes the fact you did it all from scratch, what a SHOCK for him to notice something like this. LOL

Now explain how I leave feed back on a ESTY site. I am used to Ebay but not this one.

Smiles, Melody June

Oh wow, Melody, thanks so much! To leave feedback you sign on and go to "Your Etsy" at the top of the page. Feedback is the second catagory on the left hand side of that page. Thanks for doing that! I dyed up your "blues" today. I have royal to light blue, some turquoise, and some violet for contrast. I hope it turns out pretty! Tell hubby thanks also :) Have a great evening!
