It seems someone had the gall to walk into our garage while I was down at the park with Charlie and take a whole bin containing my enamelware. I have been collecting special pieces for YEARS and lost it all... so if you have any that is not to $$$, I would be interested. I am so sad...I had some lovely pans and bowls.

Thanks...I like all colors...I like bowls, ladles, pans w/lids, pitchers, those refrigerator boxes...I mostly had red, black and some green. : (

Really anything.

I found some yesterday but it was so expensive. I don't mind if they are a little beat up or rusted. Yep..can't even leave your garage open anymore...I was about 1/4 of a mile away.

Oh Heather - that is just horrible

I can not believe that folks do such things but I guess I should get my head out of the sand.. I too LOVE enamelware and have been collecting for many years. I had some at my antinque booth in town and checked with them after reading your post - sorry to say they have sold. Those where ones that I had duplicate pieces of so I did not mind parting with them. I sure will keep my eye's peeled and when I go to my booth next week I will check with other vendors to see what I can find. Your right - the prices sure have gone up from when I first started collecting.

Just know the universe will get that person - we might be around to see it but just know it will happen!!
