I just made a bunch of these Friday :) I used this recipe from Pioneer Woman's blog. It is basically the jalapeño, cream cheese and bacon. I love this recipe because they freeze great and you can have them on hand and just reheat in the oven :)
PW's Poppers are awesome! I have made some the last couple of years at our cookouts at the fair and everyone loves them. They are so simple, but taste great!

My son loves jalapeno poppers and I've bought the ones in the frozen section of the market, but there is never enough. I am going to try making them, atleast there will be no artifical ingredients. Thank you for the link.
