I lost 100 pounds by doing aquacise and watching my portions. I also cut out sugar for the most part. I have PCOS and am insulin resistant. Getting on a med to help the blood sugar issues helped a great deal.

I still have weight to lose, but I have maintained even as a sahm. I watch portions and go as low carb as possible.

When my son is back at school, I plan to get back to the pool. Its the best exercise for me. I go to the local parks and recs pools so its not expensive.

Exercising in water. Pool aerobics so to speak. Its cool and calming as well. Plus, you weight nothing in water getting you a great workout.
