I just recently sent this to a friend, then thought of a whole bunch of FarmGirls i would like to share it with This is so easy and everyone will love it! (for those of you who do not know what "Monkey Bread" really is... its just a name I've always herd it called when all it basically is Cinnamon pull apart pieces)
1 loaf frozen bread dough 3 tablespoons Cinnamon 1 stick butter plus 2 tablespoons (10 Tablespoons total)
Let bread loaf thaw for about an hour Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cut bread into about 1/2 inch pieces, melt butter in a 4 cup measuring cup. Add cinnamon, stir together and mix well with dough to make sure its well coated. Put in 8x8 baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, checking it often.
Icing. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, and some water. Mix together well.
Happy Baking!
