Okay ladies, you're not going to believe this! Right before dh whisked me away for a quick trip to Branson, I spent an afternoon reorganizing the camper, putting some stuff we thought we should keep with us but haven't used in storage, trying to make room for dd's stuff. I laid my finished quilt squares on the table. I had 2 more to go and took them along to stitch in the car. We got home late and went to bed, but when I got up the next day and unpacked, I took out the last 2 squares and turned to add them to the others. Problem was, the other 11 weren't where I thought I'd put them. I've torn this place apart and cannot find them!!! There isn't any other place they could be! They're not in my car, and I didn't take them anywhere because I didn't go anywhere the day we left.
So it seems I'm starting almost over again. Two finished and eleven to go! You'd think it would be harder to lose things in such a small camper, but I swear I'm such a disorganized mess since moving here! 
So, Patricia, please don't drop out. If I can do it, so can you  , and I'd love to have your square as part of my quilt. Email me if you really don't think you can do it, and I'll see if someone wants to take your place.
Now, a word to those who are feeling "guilty" -- DON'T!!! 
First of all, remember that we all agreed (well, I may have said it first but if I remember correctly everyone said they felt the same way) that this is a project that's to bring us joy, not more stress or a sense of obligation. Relax and stitch at what's comfortable & doable for you. No squares have made it to me yet (although one person has sent theirs, just not arrived yet), so we're all in the same boat for the most part.
Please focus not on the "having" to get it done but on the joy you'll have when it is finished.

Big Hugs Patti!! I'm so sorry you lost all you're beautiful work! I keep my finished ones in a plastic bag from the video store, and I almost tossed it thinking it was trash!!
Patricia... I'd sure love to have one of your squares too!! BUT I certainly understand if you can't. I'm burried in projects too. Just not enough hours in a day!

I wish I had been in the group when this had started. I was wondering if everyone thought of doing this again. I would like to be in the next group.
unless there is a way I can join this group If patricia realy wants to drop out I would be glad to take her place so you wont be short a block.

update: I started a new one if any of you would like to join read below. Block size is the same.
For any one that was in the previous exchange you are welcome to join this one. Just let me know you where in the last one. As you won't make as many blocks for this exchange. meaning minus the one for yourself and minus any other people that join from the previous post as they will already have them from you. You would only be making for the new people ( the ones you don't have). As I was not in the last one I don't know who every one is so please let me know. I hope this makes it easier for those who have already done a swap to add more blocks to what you already have no repeating of people.
If you wish to join go to the other post and state so. thanks sunshine.
I think this will make it so you can make a bigger quilt if you want to join again.
also to Happymama I could send you all the extra ones ( the MJ ones that is) we get if you want to add them to the ones you already have for her or I could just make another top with just the second group. Ours would be done around christmas time, hopoing all goes well. Let me know what you think thank you Sunshine

a few questions when do they need to be turned in and are they red work or all colors it kind of looks like all colors and it looks like the dead line has past.
So clue me in as I am one of you now
I know I need to make 13 blocks and mail them to Happymama58 (like that name). size 8 1/2 unfinished. What else am I missing or do I have it all.

I was done way before I moved (August) but with the move and all I lost the squares, the address, the squares again, then the address again. LOL I WILL send them out this time I promise.
Did I see that we are doing another one??? I'm in, send me the info and I will start them asap.

cathy there is another one it closed a while back and the blocks are due in one month if you want to be in go to that board I am in charge of it if everyone agrees then I will let you in if you can do all that in one month as the second group is adding theres to the MJF one that Happymama58 started and we want to get them turned in as close to these as possible. thanks here is the link to the other one

I mailed mine a few weeks ago and was wondering if they have been received?? Let me know and I was also wondering when they will be separated and mailed back. I can't wait to get them all so I can make my farm girl quilt.
