I am sitting outside, in the shade of my umbrella, making the pinkeep. It is a glorious day too nice to sit inside so thought to do it outside, YAY!! Looking cute even if I say so myself ;-)

I found the cutest ring pinkeep pattern. I was wanting something different to make along with my traditional one I always make. I'll post a pic. when I get it made.

I finished my pinkeep today and like it so much I will have to make one for myself and for some Christmas gifts! Definitely in keeping with the fall theme. Took some pictures, but will not post until Sue receives it so it will be a surprise for her. Too hot to work in the garden today, 93 degrees, so I stayed in my sewing room with the air conditioner. The hottest day of the year for us in the Northeast. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the pinkeeps..the photos have been great so far!

Linda NOPE this time it is not even pink, lol.Going to make another one to send, this one is cute but kinda smallish. SO my partner will receive two pinkeeps, YAY lol

Mailed out today!!
It is basically made from a large (plate size circle) yoyo...and I added a little yoyo on top with button. The fabric makes it look patchwork. Cari likes Early American so I think the colors work. As much as I like fancy or unusual things I end up making simple ones. :-D

I got my pinkeep from Laurie today!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! She cross stitched a cow on it!!(we are dairy farmers) It was so fantastic:)
