LOOKING FOR A LOT OF GREAT WOMEN
Do you believe in the power of a clothesline, an apron, and your own ingenuity and creativity? Do you garden, farm, wild forage, tend animals, or simply dream of doing so?
Are you crafty? Do you sew, knit, sculpt, paint, recycle garbage into useful items? Do you believe in Sisterhood and having a community with common dreams and goals for sustainable living?
Are you the type of gal who believes in doing what you can for others, be it welcoming a new neighbor with a plate full of homemade oatmeal cookies or stopping by an elderly friend's home with a basket full of your fresh garden veggies?
If you said yes to any of these things, then you belong in our Farmgirl Sisterhood!
Our local Farmgirl Chapter, Blue Moon Texas Farmgirls, is looking for new members.

Hi to all North East Texas Farmgirls,
If anyone is interest in this new Chapter give me a call and we can talk of getting the flyer printed in your county paper. Any help in copying the flyer and posting it in your town would be a great help. What my thoughts are if we can have a Gathering of all the women in the area and form a Chapter we can then set up smaller groups for each county or even towns. It will all depend on how much interest we can create. Let me hear from you!!!!

It doesn't look like you got any response, but I just wanted to let you know I'm now in the Sisterhood and I live in East Texas! Just outside Carthage, so about 2 hours from Athens.
