Hi, Michelle! First off, welcome to MJF! You'll love it here! And second, there's a thread under Farm Kitchen, "Bread the MaryJane Way". You'll find all the answers to your "Mother" questions there!

Hi michelle! I see Cherry already pointed you in the right direction. The link for the bread forum is here http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=28238&whichpage=98
That will take you to the last page with the most recent posts. I have already responded to your question over there. I highly suggest you try to read through past pages of the thread. You will gain some really valuable information. I moderate that thread and check it daily so if you post questions I, or one of the other wonderful girls, will do our best to answer them for you! Cheers!
