She has videos of different fruits and vegetables, a little history, some growing informaiton, and how to prepare, usually a recipe. Very cool!
It is aimed at the growers/marketers, not the consumer, evidently educating growers will get the word out to end consumers.
She's with the Extension service in North Carolina.
