Has anyone kept the feathers after butchering to use in pillows? If so how did you do it. Rae

Just out of curiousity, Miss Wilma....why do the chicken feathers smell, but not the goose or duck?

Maybe not pillows but you can use them for lures for fishing.

The "Saddle" (the long thin feathers just in front of the roosters tail) and neck feathers are ususally what is used for "Fly tying." I don't think any of the other feathers will work. But, you could always find out! ~~~ Tracy
