I am watching a commercial about furniture and they show older semi ratty but really loved furniture and they say come buy new furniture and I think aw but those are still fine and I love the metal chair LOL. Hmmmm I keep laughing cause EVERY time I see it I think yeah so it looks fine to me, maybe a new coat of paint, but that's it. hahah

I love old furniture too. But the other day I was thinking what really made me feel like a farm girl is when I go out to water my garden and come back in with more dirt between my toes than the veggies in the garden.

Me too I'd rather be outside than inside but the heat is something aweful here. I guess thats why I love fall and spring, you hardly ever catch me inside during cool weather. If I dont have dirt under my nail I dont feel like I got anything accomplished.
