So, the hubs and DD have traveled to Hot-lanta to watch the Braves play the Yankees and I am at home all by my lonesome on this Tuesday night! I plan to do a little cross-stitching until the sun goes down, maybe watch a movie they deem "stoopid" or maybe go to bed early to read until I can no longer hold my eyes open! Such freedom!

What do ya'll do on those rare times you find yourself at home without the fam around making demands on your attention and time?

Eat, lay in bed and read, take a bath. Oh, I'm jealous. Revel in it baby!

Watching the girly movie is a must! Usually have a big bowl of ice cream for dessert and if it's a movie I've seen before I may do some cross stitching too. Go to bed late staying up and reading.

Have an enjoyable evening Cherry!

The night turned out even better than I'd planned! I had a dear friend I haven't spent time with in a long time to call me and once she knew I was home alone, she asked me to meet her at the local Mexican place for a late dinner and to catch up! We had a lot of laughs, some shared tears, yummy fresh salsa, and closed down the place! The hubs and DD actually made it home before I did! What a wonderful time we all had, even though the Yankees lost!

Enjoy your free time. I love to sit and play the piano. I can play for hours. And, there's no one around to come and ask questions.
