We had a great time tonight making the pillow case bloomers. I think we need to have a special "girls nite" where we wear them out. We all met a Heide's (nudefoodfarm), she fixed a great dinner and ordered up the perfect evening in her gardens.... perfect! If you havent made these yet, you just must. They are so much fun! and easy peasy!
hey Rene' did you use the instructions from the "Pillowcase Book"? I love the idea of making fun bloomers & maybe a pillowcase tank top to sue as Summer P.J.'s.... Soooo, does anyone have pics of the finished bloomers? And why do Saloon/Brothel Ladies of Ill Repute come to mind!??? LOLOLOL!!!!!
>^..^< Happiness is being a katmom. "I've never met a sewing machine I didn't like!"
We did! What fun! and they pillow case bloomers are so easy. I cheated. Instead of taking the pattern to kinkos and enlarging it. I took an old pair of Pajama bottoms that I like and folded them in 1/2 and used that to cut the pillow case out... then I sewed the waist by and just added a ribbon for the draw string and the same ribbon to dram the legs ( to make them a little frilly) way to much fun!
