We had rain yesterday, but the sun woke me early this morning - not a cloud to be seen. I went out and it was so beautiful... sun shining on the heavily dewed landscape, the air smelling amazing, my honeysuckle vine just starting to bloom and scent, and birds all as happy about it as I am.
All is right with the world in my teensy little piece of it.
Pretty darn good in my world too April! The title of your thread is so appropriate (what a gift today is). I hope many of you are enjoying "gifts" today, I sure am.

Hi April--thanks for visiting my blog. We have been having nothing but sunshine so if you see our misplaced rain send it out this way. We need it. I don't think we are having global warming but global shifting. We have had 25 days of sun and NO rain. Odd for here. I'll take everyday as a gift. MB
Southwest Louisiana also has beautiful weather. We are up to 93 degrees now. It'll be a hot one. Marly
