Has anyone jointly run a farming business with another farm girl? Did it work out? What were the joys and the frustrations? Would you recommend a joint venture? Anyone interested in forming a partnership? Sara
Sara, if you lived closer I would love to have a partner here. I get so overwhelmed with all the work to do. It would be great to divide all the work up between 2 people.

My mom and I are kindof doing a partnership- does that count? She's a farmgirl too!
I think that working with farmgirls is rewarding because you have shared interests and values. But just like any relationship that is important you have to work to make sure there is always mutual respect and hardwork so the relationship doesn't sour.
