You're quite welcome.

I did some surfing and found this recipe for your daughter.
Hope she's feeling better soon!

Difficulty: Easy

Things You'll Need:
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup maple syrup (try other flavors if you want to experiment)
3 tablespoons plain applesauce (try other flavors if you want to experiment)

Instructions
Step 1-Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl
Stir together until the dough begins to hold together well
Dust an area on your counter lightly with flour

Step 2-Knead the dough until smooth on this area for about 2-3 minutes
You may need to use a little more flour on the dough
Roll the dough out with a rolling pin until about 1/3 inch thick
Use a cookie cutter or an inverted cup to cut out shapes in the dough

Step 3-Then you can use a clean soda or water bottle lid to cut out a small circle on the center like a doughnut for easy handling.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
Bake until lightly golden brown about 30 minutes
Cool completely on a cookie sheet

Step 4-If they are too soft leave out uncovered overnight to lightly harden up
Supervise baby when eating them
You can store these biscuits for up to two weeks in a Ziploc bag or airtight container

Thanks for the recipe! Those look easy enough! I will have to make some that look like dog biscuits! Nora likes to pretend she is a puppy and wants a "Dog Biscuit" every time Sky-Dog gets one! LOL

I used to chew on bones when I was young--no kidding. I'd also pretend I was a dog. (Maybe that explains my tendency to howl at the moon)LOL

Hi Zan-

Well, Tala has been mine in my heart since I helped collect the stud and AI her dam ;) But over the past year I have been working with the owners/breeders of her and I will be taking her home after Farm Fair (4th of July Weekend). She is a month Younger than Nora-so just barely 2 years old. She is so sweet. If you go through this section (Barnyard Buddies) over the past week I have posted pictures of her and I made a video of her trotting and posted it to You Tube. My username on youtube is FarmgirlAlee. Please keep in mind if you watch the video that it was only the 2nd time I had round penned her and I was trying to video tape while roundpenning. Oh and I should have changed the video settings on my camera...I think there is a higher quality but oh well!
