I try to fly...sometimes better than others. It is a fun thing. I have my "control journal" all made up and when I follow the program I do well.

I used to fly pretty well, then I started working after 21 years of stay at home. My life and family really took a hit. Got the book out two weeks ago and am making baby steps. My DD has moved out and My DS is in high school so never home. My sink is shiny, this way I get to play guilt free.
