Who's planning to go? Does anybody know the rain chance for Sunday? Are we going to get drenched for sure? I'm very, very tired of rain. Not to mention cold and windy. I must be getting old. :(

Alrightee, Miss Janice. Jus, Violet and I will be attending...and I think Lisa was going to try as well...

As for rain, according to the Weather Channel, a 40% chance of showers-----BUT, it's going to be 67 degrees. So that's doable. I told Wilma to bring her plastic cover for the booth!!!

But what is the actual weather forecast? I had Susan talked into coming, but if it's looking too much like rain, I think she's going to get stubborn and back out. :( I checked online and they say 'chance of showers', but between 5% and 100%, it makes a bunch of difference. :O

40% is probable. Likely, it will be intermitten.

ick. I think I've just been working outside in it too much this spring, just trying to weed and mulch the daylily beds. Two weeks ago, when I had the worst case of poison ivy ever, I was on such a huge steroid dose, I kept on weeding through a big rain storm and got soaked to the skin(but was 'feelin' fine'-love them steroids). Last Saturday, I stood out in the cold wind at an auction. Where's the warm?

I am coming rain or shine! My sis & Sam are on way back from FL; Pam says she has to check Sam's soccer schedule, so I have to wait & see there. Sam's dad is the coach so it is hard for him to miss a game.
I also asked my friend from church Shauna. She lives in Lousville & owns a company there that does environmental testing. She just built a super cool environmentally friendly house up here in Brown cty on her family's acreage(200+)& is travelling between her house in Louisville & here as business allows. She has tons of cool antiques in her place & said she has never been to Burlington but may stop in with me on her way back to Louisville. Janice, your paths have probably crossed. She lives in a development by Churchhill Downs when she is in Louisville.
I hope she comes, she is lots of fun. We went to the Country Living fair & I got a big kick out of her over all the big lines, she said "I'll only wait in line for 2 things, Jesus or Elvis"
Anyway, are we all bringing a dish like last time?? Sounds good to me.

Lisa - Love chickpeas!!! And is your friend here in Louisville now? Does she want us to pick her up? I pass the track on the way to and from work every day of my life. It's only 5 minutes from my house. Do we have a way to heat stuff? Maybe I'll get some of those vegetarian greens from Eric. I'm going there tonight.

Sterl, David and I will eat most of the greens--I guess we can share, but you'll have to wrestle mine out my hands. Never got an answer on what pie you gals want....

Janice--I'd like to be there by 10:00 or so, but we'll see what Miss Violet has planned--she is typically an early riser, so it makes it easy to get somewhere by, let's say...5:30 a.m.!!!!!!!

But, I'm shooting for 10:00-10:30, after I've had a pot (or 2) of coffee :)

OK guys, now I will have to get ther earlier, cause I want some greens too!!
Janice, my friend will be up here for the weekend. She comes back here to cook weekly meals for her mom & dad & then goes back to Louisville on Sundays. If she decides to come, I will probably be later, but if not, I may be able to get there earlier.
Jonni, I say make a Violet pie!! We can all smooch on that!

Hi, Jess! We missed you last time! I asked Wilma about you. The next one is a week from this Sunday. Can you be there? Hopefully, the weather will cooperate this time. ;)
