Hi everyone! I've been so busy lately, and have just found time to write a new post about our new goats! Just thought I'd let everyone know I'm still kicking ! Have a great day!

Thay sure are pretty, Diana. And the one picture of the dog and the goat side , the goat looks so soft and silky. I bet she'll have wonderful yarn when it's all done. The barn looks great. You are a brave woman for getting that high up on a ladder. I could not do that.

I am so glad you got some more goats. And your chickies are growing. I am surprised at how fast mine are growing, too. Seems like they should be laying eggs in a few weeks.

I know, I keep waiting for that first little egg...but I think it will be about August before we get one. They sure are fun to watch though!

I went to the feed store again today to get MORE feed and they still have chicks. I was so tempted to get more Barred Rock but I didn't. I just put the 2 week old chicks out in the rabbit cage in the chicken yard Sunday. They did fine so far. It's warming up really fast here. Got 90 today. And the same tomorrow. That's just a bit too hot for me.

I was going to say I got the smallest little egg the other day. It looked like a bird egg and could possibly be because there are all kinds of finches and wrens out there in the chicken yard. It's so cute.

That is so cool! We have a lot of finches and wrens also, but I have only seen the eggs in our birdhouses, and that's been forever ago!
