I don't know if anyone remembers me here but I have to return here. I got caught up with life and doing important things I needed to do and it was a bit hard for me as I am a city (not by choice) farmgirl -- so it was getting to me. It's really hard sometimes not having my little bit of earth and all the little things I want to do in the kitchen, and horses and goats and everything --- but I miss this place and want to keep up and learn more. So if you remember me, say hello! I miss you all!
Hello, Although I am new here myself, a returning Sister is always a happy moment!! Glad you are back and hope things are a little less hectic for you.
I live in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire and our growing season is just starting. My baby chicks arrived last week in the middle of an awful storm and are doing great. My garden is starting to take shape and soon I will be able to put out my "warm weather crop" but for now, just the cold weather plants are making their way into the new garden.

Helloooo Brooke!!! No joke I was just thinking about you yesterday! Isn't weird how sometimes someone comes to mind out of the blue and within the next couple of days ta-da there they are. I was wondering where on earth you went to. But I am so glad you have come back.

I don't know if some of you remember me talking about "Butterfly Hill" in "A Farm of her own" forum, but the land's been cleared and my parents are starting to build the fence. I will take pictures here very soon. It is gorgeous and you will all love the place!
