Wasn't she scheduled to be operated on about now? Has anyone heard from her? She hasn't posted since May 11.

Oh sweet sisters! I'm so sorry for not posting earlier. I just popped online and saw this post. I'm not quite myself this week. My surgery is set for Friday morning unless there is a problem. They found I had a UTI after the pre-op appointment last week and they prescribed an antibiotic. The nurse said if it's not cleared up it might delay the surgery. I'm waiting to hear back from her since they just got back the results from a test I took yesterday.
After surgery the surgeon said my hosptial stay would probably be between 10 and 14 days. They have WiFi there and as soon as I'm able I'll be on here to let you all know how things are going. Thank you all for your concern, I love you all!

Lainey, So glad that you popped in and give us an update. I will be thinking of you on Friday and I pray all will go well. I have been thinking about you and hoping that you were ok. I'll be waiting to see a post from you when you are up to it.

PHEW Lainey my dear so good to hear from you. BUMMER on the UTI situation! Man that stinks! I hope it gets all cleared up and you can just move forward..not that what you face is any sweet picnic but the waiting and dreading strikes me as infinitely worse than going through with it and being on the other side!!!

The surgery scheduler called me a bit ago and told me the time to come in the morning, so it looks like the surgery is a go. I'll let you all know how things went as soon as I can. Take care everyone!

Dear Sweet Lainey,
I know that your surgery is scary, but I am so glad to hear that everything has cleared up enough for you to be able to go.
I will be praying that your nerves will be calm, and that the surgeons hands will be guided and steady. Ill be praying for you Hubby too as I know he will be nerve-wracked while you are in there.
