Okay ladies I really need some advice here. In my flower bed out front I have summer phyloxs. For the past 2yrs mid summer this white stuff starts spreading over their leaves. I ended up just cutting them down. Well it has started early this year. Does anyone have any remedies for this?? Thanks a bunch :)
