I went to the health food store today and bought some Hyland's Nerve Tonic. 6 Homeopathic tablets at each meal. So far I have only taken the first does but I can feel a big difference. So if you need a little help- you might try these!

What exactly is it for? Is it for calming or for someone who may have nerve problems like a pinched nerve? Just curious :)
