Miss Wilma. I just finished watching your cabin video and I want to come live with you!(Kidding-not really!) Looks like everyone is so happy to be there. Do you live in it or does it serve some other purpose. Such a warm and inviting homestead. You are awesome.

Tracy my son built the cabin about 6 years ago.The wood is pine and cedar, all of the wood has come from my dads farm or ours. He up and got married and moved awawy and was going to sell the house, since the property origanally was ours and my husband wouldnt let one inch leave the family we decideded to buy it.I would have moved there but after 40 years in this old house we seem to be rooted.Anyway he built it for man and we needed more rooms so we went in and built a new stair way made an extra bedroom upstairs one down stairs and a den.If I do build another one it will be small 825 sq feet, just a get away. We have some wonderful property to build on, but first I gotta get caught up on major jobs around here. Also we will have to cut trees and and let the lumber season

Miss Wilma I can not beleive all the work you have done since I was there. That is incredible!!!! I love it!!! So you rented it by the month or weekly?

Hey girl,Sterl and Brian helped me. what you wouldnt believe is what I have let go around here, I did get the herb garden done and I love it. Today I will start on the sewing house next the shop house. Both are almost beyond doing. I rented it by the month, Now I am going to redo the sewing house for a guest house and rent the big house where I have my shop.So much to do and the year is half gone

Thanks for the web site early antiques. I love it. My grandparents had a lot of antiques years ago but an antique dealer convinced them to sell some to him at very low prices. Thankfully, he didn't get them all so I still have some.

Miss Wilma. I love your story about the cabin. Using the wood from your property makes it even more special and the fact that your son built it. This is for Alee ----Hey Alee! About the adoption at Miss Wilmas .....me first me first! Lol I will bring my new 6mo.granddaughter who I call my little country baby! By the way Miss Wilma I am sleeping so dreamy on my feather pillows. If I haven't told you they are the best pillows I have ever had ...they are the best and most comfortable pillows ever!
