Holey Moley my legs and backside are killing me!! When did my body become so lethargic? This question I must ponder.

It was a gorgeous day today and Mom was so sweet and willing to watch the children so hubby and I could go for a little bike ride. Little was right!!
By the time I made it to the end of the driveway I was panting and my rear hurt. lol
It was a lot of fun though. We rode and talked and hubby sweetly slowed down and circled me every once in a while to make me not feel so bad that I was plugging along. We chased a couple of pea hens into the field and stopped to watch some deer. We won't say here that I think we did that so I would be able to ride back home..lol
It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day for it.

I will have to do it again soon--this time I am padding the seat so its bigger and taking an inhaler...lol

I really loves those "Gel" cushion seats that you can buy! They are a bit wider and oh so nice to sit on. I hate those hard rubber things they call "Seats" off the bikes you buy from the store.

We went for another bike ride yesterday too. It was a lot better. We went so that we didn't hit so many hills, but the seat was still hard. I am hoping that if I ride it often enough, that my body will get used to the hard seat. :)
I didn't realize how much hubby liked going for bike rides. He sounds like he wants to make this a habit. I don't think I'll mind. The babysitter on the other might not like it quite so much. The kiddos get to be a handful, especially after they've had Lemon Meringue Mother's Day Pie. :D hehe
