Well, it is time to start harvesting some wild garlic/onion. The last of the snow is gone and the garlic leaves are just reaching their peek, so this weekend will be harvest time!
The wild Angelica is just beginning to wake, the bleeding hearts are up and about 2" tall, just discovered wild Colts foot , and I am busy looking for whatever other surprises are around!
What are you harvesting now and what have you "found" that you will plan on harvesting when it is time
