Has anyone tried the Dandy Greens Pasta Recipe from Mary-Jane's Outpost book? I have and they are delicious! They do not have any different taste from regular pasta, the only difference is that they are green.
I have tried them with spaghetti sauce on them and a little bit of Mozzerella cheese on top. They are very good that way. I have also made the like Fettucine Alfredo and they were good that way also.
I think this recipe is wonderful because my family can have this pasta and have with all of the good vitamins from the dandelion greens in it.
You all should try this recipe!
I am harvesting all the dandy greens I can get so I can make these all year long.
