Congrats, Mary! Making soap is something that I want to do so badly. I am a big chicken when it comes to working with lye. I will get around to it some day.

Mary - it's always so much fun when the soap is ready! Especially when it's your first batch. I'm like that with every batch I make. I can't wait to take it out of the mold and cut it to see how it turned out. Please share pictures! What scent did you do?
Congrats Mary! I agree with everyone else! Its hard to wait! My husband laughs at me because I count the minutes until I can cut it and see how it turned out! Especially when I'm trying something new. Bravo!
