I watched a another video (if you click on the user name of the guy who submitted this, there are more videos about this particular trainer) anyway it showed some of his training techniques. One used a special kind of halter that uses pressure points to make the horse not want to pull against the halter. It was amazing to see him handling a stallion with that halter and how quick the horse was learning! And all with a gentle training technique. The only thing he does that don't feel I am qualified to do is he laid the stallion down by tying up a foot. It was very gentle and the horse wasn't thrashing around or panicked at all like you see in videos of "bronc breaking" sometimes. But I with the knowledge I have today, I would never do that because I know I would be more likely to hurt my horse.
