I've always loved looking at old photographs. Does anyone else like to do so?

I have some on my blog that you can look at.

I transferred photos of my children to fabric and made place mats and gave them to my adult boys. They got a kick out of it, and use them for various things. Since they dont use place mats, they use them for had towels in the bath or kitchen. They said they remember when each picture was taken, and the only photo they have of the ducks and our dog at the time.

That kind of gift will last a life time. I can't tell you how important it is to give homemade gifts. I know whenever I get something that is made by hand, I do my best to cherish it.

I love old photos. I love the feeling of holding history in my hands. I also collect them both in album form (my oldest album dates back to 1884) and single. If only the people in them could talk and tell you what their lives were like...
