I am a long time Arab horse owner too. I currently have 2 arabs that I raised as foals that are now 14 and 12. (I have other horses too but these were my babies) In fact my art studio 'White Horse Studio' is named after a mare that I had as a foal and just recently rescued her. :( thats the sad part about breeding.... I bought her back in order to get her out of a bad situation. She is beautiful so am glad she is back with me -- Her job now is to just be my muse! :)
Thank you so much Sue. My first horse that I got I did have him for sale but decided not to sell him because he was my first one. I don't think I could part with him. He is what started it for me and my farm is named after him. He is now 7 and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I look back at the pictures of him when he was a baby. It doesn't seem that long ago. Good luck with your paintings. They are very lovely and enjoy your horses.
