Hi Jennifer!
I really like your site! I haven't studied all the bloodlines enough to know- are any of your horses Straight Egyptian Arabian? If they are, I would think that would be a great thing to list! I know a few of the blood lines, especially the Thee Desperado and of course Thee Infidel is a bit notorious just because of his name!
I am purchasing my first horse. She is a Straight Egyptian Arabian filly- 2007. Her name is RHR Tala out of Thee Fancy Lady by HS Infinite. HS Infinite was imported from England's Halston Stud (Shirley Watts). He is absolutely STUNNING. His website is www.hsinfinite.com and Tala is first under "Progeny" Of course those photos were taken when she was only 3 months old and she is a growing 2 year old now!
I want to show her in Halter, but also train her to do endurance riding as I have always been interested in it. I also would like to learn dressage, but Tala and I would both have to learn that! My goal is to take her to the Egyptian Event next summer (2010) and pick out a "boyfriend" for her so that she will have a foal in 2011.

Hi Alee,
All of my horses are straight egyptian except for Party Favor and her baby. Party Favor is part polish and her baby is half holsteiner. I will have to check out the website you talked about. Haven't heard of them. You pick a great breed that for sure if you want to do endurance. I have a friend that has ridden in The Tevis. What a accomplishment to say that you have finished the ride even if you didn't win. I ride dressage and do lots of trailriding. We even show halter. My 2 two yr olds are going to Regionals in June and Party Favor is going to Regionals for Sporthorse. She won Reg 9 Champ. Mare SHIH last year. I have a wonderful story to tell about her. Will have to tell later its a big long.

I went to the webpage and saw RHR Tala. She is very lovely. I am very sure you will enjoy her.
Boy they sure have alot of black horses. We have lots of greys here at our farm. Hope to have a black one day.

Thanks Jennifer! Yes I do love Tala! I helped collect her sire and assisted with the AI of her dam. She is only a month younger than my daughter!
They do have a lot of blacks- And they are all the sweetest horses! Nora even "rode" Safar when she was just a little over a year. He is a very kind Stallion. Infinite is lovely as well. He follows is handler Bryony like a dog. And it is so funny to see him begging for his grain!
Their part Egyptian mare Quatama Juahara is so sweet! She was one of the first mares I met on the ranch and her mane just facinated me. Not only is it long- but probably the thickest mane I have ever scene! And her tail! Oh my word!
The ranch had some sad times this year though, they lost Safar's dam Chelima. She was so kind and one of the absolute best mom's around.
One of the big endurance rides around here is the Big Horn 100. I would love to someday complete that! We'll have to chat more!
I am getting ready to drive back to Montana- talk with you more tomorrow?

Thank you all for the welcome! I am so glad that I found this wonderful group to talk with. I look forward to it when I get to finally sit down after a long day.
I have to share that my horses are my life and without them I don't know what I would do. Most people get tired of hearing about the horses so it is nice to talk to someone interesed in knowing about them.

Jennifer- I feel the same way sometimes! SEA horses (and to be honest-mine) have been dominating my mind lately! I am so exited to get her up here! This is the first step in fulfilling a life time dream!

Alee,
I have had Liz come out to the farm. She is a very nice lady and full of wonderful information. I actually got a dvd from her with her daughter showind how to do SHIH and it was a great help for me when I was learning how to do it. Some of my fillies and mare are on her website too.

You will have to tell her Hello! for me. I haven't seen her since last July at Regionals. I hope to see her there again this year.
Can't chat much today. I am going to ride in a schooling show this morning. I am riding my gelding Allee. We are riding Training Level in dressage. Wish us luck. Will let you know how it goes.

Yeah, Allee won 1 place on his first test and 2nd place on his second test. He was such a good boy. I was very proud of him.
