I was searching around the 'net for some info for my horse blog and clicked on a link (thru ask.com). When the site came up, another page came up warning me that it wasn't a real website and someone was trying to get info from me.
I'm not sure if this has to do with the April 1 thing or not but warning everyone to be especially careful nosing around the 'net.

don't you hate it??? we have to be sooo careful these days when surfing the net.
Hey Check out the 'Horse & Rider magazine' site...their Life style editor, Juli Thorson has a wonderful & down to earth, informative blog. I love it.
Yesterdays posting was about "horse dumping"...where a "potential customer" requests boarding services, puts up front a deposit,,,,leaves phony information and then leaves their horse, only to never return. So the Ranch is now financially burdened with the cost & care of the horse. Horse Boarders be ware!
What a cheesey thing to do to someone not to mention the poor animal. Some people should not be allowed to have animals be it small furry critters or equine.
Just do a search on "Juli Thorson" or 'Horse & Rider Magazine' & it should give you the link to her web.
Or try: Juli Throson's Horse Talk in the search which should bring you to her blog.
Every now & then she posts a sneak preview of the upcoming magazine cover for feed back....
