I'm only going to reply to this cuz I've been away so long. Otherwise I couldn't stand the ribbing I might get! LOL! I've been "compared" to several celebrities over the years. The worst experience was when I was working in a spa as a massage therapist. I had an elderly woman as a client, about 80 years old. As I was walking her back to her room in the inn and through the reception area, she turned to me, patted up my ummm tata's and said "You'd look just like Shania Twain if you had some bigger ____!" I could've died right there!
Others include: Sandra Bullock (specifically the movies Miss Congeniality and Practical Magic. I'm sort of clumsy at times)
Flash Dance: I forget her name, but I was a dancer in a "previous" life and it"s because of the way I stand.
Holly Marie: (Piper on Charmed): Its the finger flick! LOL! When my girls were little, I would pretend I could "magically" open doors with a wave of my hand...automatic doors! They would giggle and laugh and it was worth weird looks for strangers! (shhhhhh! I catch myself doing it still, even though they are 15 and 16 and I might be by myself!)
Personality wise I've been compared to Goldie Hawn, Meg Ryan and Kate Hudson.

Nobody's every called me anybody, but I think before I cut my bangs in, I looked a little like Claire Danes. I have the same wide, long nose and dirty brown hair.

I was on my way to a Civil War re-enactment and stopped to get something at the gas station. Someone swore I looked like Jodie Foster. Do you think it was my period dress??

Years ago a gentleman came up to me and said he saw me National Geographic Magazine---This young woman in the photo was walking down a cobblestone street somewhere in Paris and he just couldn't get over the fact that we looked identical---I went out bought the magazine and lo and behold there I was!
Do you beleive we have a universal twin some where out in that great big world of ours??

When I was a little girl I was told I looked like Margaret O'Brien. When I grew up I was told I looked like Paulette Goddard. In the 70's and 80's someone told me my face NOT my body looked like Rachel Welch. Yeah, Right. Now, I look like me because nobody says I look like anyone else. Actually I still think I look like Margaret O'Brien when I see her as an older person. My mother resembled a young Kathren Hepburn.

A young Emmylou Harris. I guess I can see it; it doesn't hurt that we have similar tastes in clothing. Well, Emmylou's still pretty--so if I look like her in another 30 years I can't complain!
I also look eerily like my cousin Kathy, my best friend from college (her own mother once got us confused), and a girl named Linny who lives somewhere near my hometown. Apparently with the last one (I've never met her), we can only be told apart by our eyes (mine are brown, hers are blue).
As a side note, the Man of the House looks like a taller version of Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran. I just don't think the real Nick and the real Emmylou have ever met!

I've been told that I look like "Darlene" from Roseanne, "Lydia" from Beetlejuice, and Jodie Foster. But I don't know...then once I did some pinup pics and was told I look like Bette Davis.

In high school, I was compared to Molly Ringwald. After that I was compared to Mary-Louise Parker's character "Ruth Jamison" in 'Fried Green Tomatoes'.
Years ago, when my grandpa stilled farmed, he saw me walking along the edge of the field with billowing skirts and thought my grandmother had come back from the grave!

Kids told me last night I look like Taylor Swift now that she straightened her hair. I don't see it, but then Mom and my hubby agreed with the boys. Whatever. If I was only that tall...and thin! ;)

In the 70's and 80's I was always told that I looked just like Brooke Shields. I would always say, "You mean she looks like me!". I'm a few years older than she is.  |

Someone told me once while I was playing my fiddle that I looked like Alison Krauss. I never saw it though. They said it was because I looked serious while I was playing...
