I'm throwing a major temper tantrum. Bottom lip is in full put mode. Arms crossed and scowling. I've lost all my dwarf sugar peas, and all my purple cosmo carrots. Sniff! Does anyone wanna spare any of those two in exchange for something I've got?? Still pouting.

Oh No! Was it the dreaded dampening off fungus? That's a bad word around my house! I think I have some purple cosmo carrot seed I can send to a sad farm sister! Let me check and I will let you know!

hee hee... Kris... I lost my seed. Like lil bo peep.... where are my sheep...er seed? lol. I lost my peas, they were fine and now they are dead and brown. As for my carrots, I had to learn it the hard farmgirl way... I planted them inside and they wont transplant. I really really want purple carrots. I will order from BC again, just didn't want to pay 3.00 for shipping on one pkt of seed. But I will trade or whatever if anyone has some.

Dawn, I have some purple cosmo carrot seed! I will send you some on Monday when I mail out the money order for my Maven's journal and bumper sticker. (oops!) Don't worry about sending me anything, I got the seed from Tina and have plenty to share! Tammy

Sorry to here you lost your carrots during transplant. That can be tough. I worked with one lady on a farm that transplanted her carrots. They came out great. I don't know how she did it as I had always heard don't even try. Bt then she was pretty amazing.

Oh Dawn, how WELL I know your frustration!!! It's taken me YEEEAARS to figure out the "Gardening thang..." but I THINK I'm finally getting it.

I have TONS of pea seeds, not sure what kind, (but all heirlooms and yummy!) and I think it's getting too late to plant them in our area. If I can send you some, and you're not too paticular on the kind, just let me know, I'd be happy to send them along to you so they can GROW instead of staying in their ol' packets another year. (they are 2008 seeds) Happy Gardening! ~~ Tracy
